Private Instruction
Michael meets privately with individuals, couples, small groups and businesses for yoga instruction and therapeutic sessions. He meets clients in his home, or he can come to your home or workplace. These tailored sessions focus on deepening your understanding and embodiment of the universal principles and practice of yoga. Whether you want to explore your experience of postures to advance your practice, or work therapeutically to help with injuries, a private session can be useful. Michael is the father of 3 beautiful children, the 4 of them live in a lovely sunlit apartment on the second floor in Somerville, MA. They like to play board games, laugh and do 'breath of joy' together. He is a graduate of the Nosara Yoga Institute, and an artist and photographer. He is also a lifelong athlete with deep interests in health and well-being and the evolving power of yoga. He is an RYT, Registered Yoga Teacher, and is Yoga Alliance certified.
